With over 20 years of coaching experience, I walk beside leaders as they rediscover their clarity, strength, and authentic presence. A lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity about life and human behaviour, I see learning as both my platform and my path. Every conversation is an exploration—a chance to uncover deeper truths and new possibilities.

My purpose is to support leaders in sensing their inner strength and remembering that there is no limit to their authentic expression. My approach weaves together the rigour of executive experience with the depth of meditation, Buddhism, and body awareness, creating a systemic path where practical leadership meets inner mastery.

Having lived and worked across Asia, the US, and Europe, and drawing from a rich career in the luxury industry with companies such as LVMH, Chanel, Cartier, L’Oréal, Shiseido, and Sanofi, I bring a global and interconnected perspective to my work.

I speak English, French, and Italian, and I am most inspired when I witness leaders return to their center—calm, grounded, and clear—because from this place, influence flows naturally, decisions are wise, and leadership becomes a force for meaningful change.
