Overview: creating wholeness
I have a deep calling for empowering people to get unstuck, gain clarity and achieve their goals. Creating awareness and clarity of perspective enables an inner shift leading to a true and sustainable transformation.

From Luxury Industry corporate executive and entrepreneur to Life & Executive Coach I have lived in Asia, USA and Europe, the world is my home. My international background enables me to go right to the heart of the matter and create a shift for a more harmonious  life.

What I enjoy most about coaching is the truth that each individual has the capacities to create change and transform his/her life. It is a partnering journey to enable the true self to shine regardless of environmental challenges. Exploring patters of behaviour, intrinsic inner strengths and qualities will enable the shift towards growth, wider perspective and freedom of living whole heartedly.

I strongly believe in eco-system thinking and the utmost importance of conscious individual participation, be it in private professional or life in general.

I have a thorough experience in luxury, FMCG, and media industries and have combined it with deep studies of various coaching modalities, neuroscience as well as zen/buddhism. My pragmatic approach to leadership and life in general combines knowledge with ready to explore tools.

Over the past 13 years, I have worked with hundreds of leaders and have more than 6000 hours of coaching. My clients range from fortune 500 companies to start-ups.
